High season: 01 December - 30 April £1375 per week including all taxes

Low season: 01 May - 30 November £935 per week including all taxes

Electric pool/spa heat is included in the weekly price

End of stay cleaning fee £195 (mandatory)

Security deposit £200 (mandatory - refundable 14 days after departure from the villa)
​
We take a 25% booking deposit, and full payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival
